Muslim law Inheritance :
In muslim law,there are some rules that how will be distribute the property properly of deceased. Who and How a person will get that property it is said in the muslim law.
If a Muslim man is died then there are some beadledom or formalities which fulfill or abide by his blood connected people.Those property can be distributed one and only after formalities.
Before distribution property of deceased has some formalities like..
1)Have to pay all cost of burying of deceased.
2)have to pay all debt if a deceased person has.
3)have to see dower has been paid or not.If it is not paid it must be paid before the distribution of property.

The rest of property will be distribute after completing those formalities of deceased.
Deceased Father:
1)If a deceased person have one son,then father will get (1/6) property.
2)If a deceased person Don't have any son or son's son,but if he has daughter and son's daughter then father will get (1/6) property and after giving daughter and son's daughter then father will get again the rest of property.
3)If he has no child,then after giving to the other inheritor then father will get the rest of property.
Deceased Mother:
1)If deceased person has any child then mother will get (1/6) property.
2)If deceased person has no child and has no more than one brother or sister then mother will get (1/3) property.
If wife is died then husband will get:
1)If she have any Child then husband will get (1/4) property.
2)If she have no child then he will get (1/2) property of whole property.
If husband is died then wife will get:
1)If he has a son then wife will get (1/8) part of whole Property.
2)If he has no son then wife will get (1/4) part of whole property.
3)If he has more than one wife then property which is mentioned in Quran of wife that property will be distribute among wives.
Son of deceased person:
1)After getting the property of deceased person's father,mother,husband/wife then the rest property will be distribute between son and daughter according to 2:1.
2)But if he doesn’t have any daughter then the son will get the rest of property.
Daughter of deceased person:
1)Daughter gets 2:1 of a son.
2)The part of a daughter gets (1/2)
3)More than one daughter collectively get (2/3)
